The New Leaders Programme


A programme designed to provide managers with a range of practical competencies directly relevant to their function in the workplace. In addition to managerial skills, participants gain coping skills to deal with the pressures that accompany advancement in the workplace. Improved decision-making and problem-solving abilities enhance their role in workplace teams.


Who should attend?


The programme is well suited to managers and technical specialists who wish to enhance their experience by gaining management expertise in key functional areas. Age or educational qualifications are not determining criteria for admission to the programme.
